WINTER QUARTER EXTRA MURALS

- Extra murals are offered in Grade 000, 00 & R.

- Extra mural activities comprise of 8 lessons per quarter.

- A learner may participate in a maximum of two extra murals.

- Please select the extra mural(s) you want your child to participate in.

- Financial commitment is for the quarter.

- Extra murals will commence on Monday, 15 July 2024.

- The cut-off date for sign-ups is Thursday, 12 July 2024.

- Learners enrolled for individual music lessons will be informed individually of lesson days.

GRADE R BALLET:

- All Grade R Ballet sign-ups are for the Winter and Spring Quarter. All Grade R ballerinas are therefore automatically signed up for the Spring Quarter.

GRADE R:

- The Grade R curriculum and program includes the following compulsory activities each week:

* Robotics

* isiXhosa

* Recorder

* Physical Education focusing on ball skills

Due to the wide selection of activities on offer, some extra murals will take place at the same time and parents/learners will therefore have to make a choice.

If lessons need to be postponed, we will inform you via email by 12:00 on the day. In the event of a lesson cancellation, we will arrange a make-up lesson and notify you through email.
